Thanksgiving Dinner Prix Fixe

Spend Thanksgiving evening with us at La Casa. Our chef has put together a seven-course tasting menu for the holiday, and it's an unhurried dinner meant for sharing with family and friends.

The meal opens with a crisp roasted pumpkin tartlet, goat cheese mousse and spiced honey, followed by a mushroom and wild herb consommé, golden roasted cauliflower, and handmade pumpkin and ricotta tortellini in sage brown butter. A cranberry and pomegranate sorbet leads into the main course: free-range turkey roulade with walnut and mushroom stuffing, silky mashed potatoes and a cranberry turkey jus. For dessert, a pumpkin spice entremet with vanilla mousse and pecan sponge.
